On the Court

Chasing the perfect smash

I train hard on the court every single week to make my footwork light, my smashes powerful, and my game smarter. This is my space to share my progress.

Dual Rhythm

Rhythm on court and stage

The rapid lunges on the badminton court require the exact same leg strength as the intense footwork of Kathak. Training in both keeps me balanced, active, and always ready to learn.

Whether I am wearing heavy brass ghungroos or holding a lightweight graphite racket, the goal is always the same: stay focused, practice daily, and enjoy every single moment.

Match play

Shadow play and rapid multi-shuttle drills to keep my feet feather-light, helping me cover all four corners of the court instantly.

Perfecting the high-contact jump smash to send the shuttlecock deep into the opponent's court with maximum speed and sharp angles.

Putting strategy to work in friendly club singles matches and high-energy school tournament games where teamwork and focus matter most.
